Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We aim to offer flexibility while protecting valuable time and resources. Please review the following terms regarding booking, rescheduling, and cancellations: Booking Guidelines Clients must book appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Online booking requires a valid card on file, even for free or plan-based sessions. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule appointments online at any time prior to the session start. No fee is charged for rescheduling. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointments online. If a session is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, no cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled between 72 and 24 hours before the session, a fee of 50% of the session price will apply. If canceled less than 24 hours before the session or in case of a no-show, a fee of 100% of the session price will be charged.
